Every class is recorded, shared inside our private space, and sent to your email each week as well, yours whether or not you attend live.
Discord is the free, friendly app where our community lives. Everything for the journey is inside it: the Zoom link for each class, the recordings, the practices, your fellow practitioners, and me, sharing almost every day. Joining it is part of the journey, and I will personally show you how.
Zoom for the live classes, the free Discord app for the community, and a sincere willingness to practice. A computer or tablet is best, so the slides read clearly. The books arrive as full PDF volumes, and a tablet is especially good for reading them.
